Neurodiversity Advocate

I am an accredited psychotherapist with specialist training in CBT, EMDR and integrative therapeutic approaches. I am also a qualified clinical supervisor, supporting fellow practitioners in their ongoing professional development.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a trained BACP mentor, recovery coach, and neurodivergent mentor offering tailored guidance for individuals navigating life with ADHD, autism, dyspraxia, and other forms of neurodivergence.

Virtual Assistant

I’m Ellie Norris, the brains (and occasional chaos coordinator) behind What The Ell ®. As a neurodivergent virtual assistant, I get how overwhelming business admin can be; I help fellow neurodivergent business owners untangle the mess, get organised (in a way that actually works for you), and take those boring-but-essential tasks off your plate. So you can focus on the parts of your business that light you up. I am the co ordinator behind the scene.
