My Services

How can therapy help me?

Most of us will experience times in our lives when we need support. You may feel overwhelmed, lost, stuck or as though you are not right in yourself. You may have noticed that you feel particularly anxious or low in mood. Maybe you find yourself preoccupied by unresolved past experiences and losses, which are intruding into your present life. You may be struggling with significant pressures and stresses at work or in your home life. Maybe you have noticed that some of your behaviours feel harmful or destructive. Any of these would be good reasons to seek out therapeutic support.

Personal Therapy

Personal therapy supports people in any kind of relationship—friends, family members, colleagues, or others—where connection, understanding, or communication has become difficult.
In sessions, we explore the patterns in your interactions, clarify what conflicts or misunderstandings are really about, and work on practical ways to relate with more intention and empathy. You’ll gain tools to communicate more clearly, set boundaries where needed, and strengthen the connection in your relationships.
Working with integrative therapy, CBT, EFT, inner child work, and EMDR.

Neurodiversity

As a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, I specialise in helping those who often feel marginalised or misunderstood due to their neurodiverse conditions. I understand the unique challenges that come with navigating a world designed for neurotypical individuals.
By focusing on belonging and connection, sessions empower you to embrace your strengths, celebrate your distinctiveness, and integrate your neurodivergent identity confidently into daily life.

Adolescent Therapy

Adolescence can be a time of intense change, emotion, and self-discovery. My work with young people provides a safe, supportive space to explore identity, relationships, and the challenges of growing up.
Together, we look at anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, school pressures, and family dynamics. The goal is to help each young person understand themselves better, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies that foster confidence and emotional balance.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy supports partners who want to reconnect, communicate better, or find new ways of understanding each other when things feel stuck or strained.
In our sessions, we look at the patterns that shape your relationship—how you respond to one another, what fuels conflict or distance—and uncover what’s really happening beneath the surface. Together, we work on practical and compassionate ways to rebuild trust, deepen connection, and create space for both of you to be heard.
Our work may draw on integrative therapy, CBT, EFT, inner child work, and EMDR, depending on what best supports your relationship.

Menopause and Therapy

Menopause can be a profound period of transition, often affecting mood, confidence, and relationships. Therapy provides a compassionate space to process these changes, understand the emotional impact, and develop ways to support both mind and body during this stage of life.
We’ll explore identity, purpose, and self-care, helping you navigate this time with awareness, empowerment, and renewed balance.

Addiction/Recovery Therapy

Addiction counselling can help you move beyond substance use and other addictive behaviours with compassion and understanding. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to address underlying trauma, unmet needs, and emotional pain driving the addiction.
Together, we work on developing coping skills, rebuilding trust, and strengthening your support network. I also provide therapy for family members impacted by addiction, helping everyone involved begin the process of recovery and healing.
