We offer professional psychological support for individuals facing distressing emotions or crises. Whether you have a specific goal or feel overwhelmed by life's challenges, we can work together to explore your feelings and gain insight.
Emotional Wellbeing
​Many people I work with feel overwhelmed by strong feelings and this is impacting on their ability to function in life. They may not understand what is causing their mood difficulties and this may be part of the support I offer. Or perhaps they are clear about what their issues are but they would like some helpful coping strategies.
Trauma
Trauma I am qualified to support individuals who may have experienced a significant traumatic event and/or feel traumatised by something (or many things) which they are yet to make sense of. Lots of people find past experiences are impacting on their current behaviour and this is something they desperately want to change.
EMDR
I have specialist experience in supporting individuals who have a diagnosis of ADHD, ADD, Autism Spectrum Condition, Asperger Syndrome and/or Highly Sensitive Person and are struggling with mood and behaviour problems.
How it works
Initial contact
Getting Started
You may have reached out for yourself, or perhaps someone recommended my services. The first step is to get in touch to arrange a free initial consultation. This brief conversation helps us explore what support you’re looking for and whether it’s the right time to book an assessment. If another service is more suitable, I’ll offer alternative options.
Initial Sessions
In the first one or two sessions, we’ll explore the reasons you’re seeking support and any goals you may already have in mind. I’ll ask questions to understand your experiences and challenges, and you’ll have space to ask about the process and how I work.
Ongoing Therapy
If you choose to continue, therapy sessions are 50 minutes long and can be booked individually. Together, we’ll work to understand your difficulties in more depth and develop strategies to reduce distress and support your wellbeing.

​Appointments cancelled less that 24 hours will be charged.

All sessions are confidential unless I have concerns about your safety. This will be discussed in your assessment.
