My work is grounded in cultural curiosity, humility, and empathy, especially when walking alongside people whose identities, faiths, or neurodivergent experiences have been misunderstood or marginalised.

To me, therapy is not neutral — it is an act of liberation and healing. It is about justice, belonging, and helping you reconnect with your voice and power within systems that may have silenced you.

My work combines evidence-based and relational approaches, drawing on:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) to understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviours

  • Trauma-informed practice to ensure emotional safety and empowerment

  • Transpersonal and holistic methods to explore purpose and connection

  • Neuroaffirmative and culturally sensitive frameworks that respect who you are and how you experience the world

What to Expect

Our sessions are collaborative and paced around your comfort. In the first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to achieve, and how we can work together.

My practice is rooted in an anti-oppressive, relational, and compassionate way of being. I hold deep awareness of how power, identity, privilege, and inequality shape our stories and relationships.

I see therapy as a shared space — one that honours your lived experience and my own with honesty and care. Together, we reflect on how these experiences intersect within wider cultural and systemic frameworks. I aim to flatten hierarchies in the room, so you can feel safe enough to explore your truth, your emotions, and your potential.

Sessions are available online across the UK and internationally, and in-person.
