Session Info and Fees

Therapy

Therapy sessions are offered on a weekly basis and are 50-60 minutes in length.

The therapy fee is between £120 and £150

Assessment

This is an initial appointment to assess your therapy needs and decide on a treatment plan.

It will be 50 mins. 

The assessment fee is £80

What to expect with therapy with me. 

A collaborative and gentle process centered on your lived experience.
Here’s what to expect:

1. Your First Step: The Assessment Call

Your journey begins with a friendly 30-40 minute Assessment call. 

Your journey begins with a 45–60 minute Assessment Call, which works similarly to a CBT assessment:

  • You share what brings you here

  • We explore your goals, concerns, and current challenges

  • We discuss your history, neurodivergent profile, sensory needs, and communication style

  • You learn how therapy with me  works and what support or pathway might fit you best

This session has a fee because it is a clinical assessment, not a casual consultation.
You leave with clarity, a recommended plan, and a sense of whether this space feels right for you.

🚪 Sessions can take place in-person, online via Zoom, or by phone.

There’s no pressure, no commitment. Just a real conversation.

2. Your First Full Session

If you decide to continue, your first session is focused on understanding you—your history, your challenges, your strengths, your goals, your sensory profile, your communication preferences, and what support feels safe for you.
We move at your pace, and you can take breaks, stim, move, or express yourself however you need.

3. Ongoing Work Together

Therapy is highly personalised. You can choose:

  • Weekly 1:1 sessions (online or face to face, subject to availability)

  • Fortnightly sessions

  • Block bookings (helpful for structure, budgeting, or securing a regular slot)

  • Short-term or long-term work, depending on your goals

Some people want deep exploration.
Others want practical tools.
Many want a space where they don’t need to mask.
Whatever you need, we meet you there.

4. Online or In-Person — Your Choice

Sessions are available:

  • In-person at our new neurodivergent-friendly office

  • Online via Zoom, for comfort, accessibility, or sensory safety

  • Phone call, if visual interaction is overwhelming

We follow your communication needs, not the other way around.

5. Confidentiality & Safety

Everything shared with me is held in strict confidence.
I follow all UK professional codes of ethics, meaning:

  • Your information is private

  • Your privacy is protected

  • We only break confidentiality if there is risk of harm to you or someone else

Your emotional and psychological safety is always our priority.
